This set is ideal for vegetarians, for the ones who are seeking alternatives for dairy, and for the ones who says "I cannot eat veggies so let's drink it". You can split the set to 3 days, where you will have milk, a vegetable and fruit juice for every day. Children may drink half of the bottle in the morning and the rest in the evening.
