SELEN SONAR
Selen Sonar, who started ballet at the age of 3, continued her active ballet and sports life throughout her academic career.

Selen Sonar is graduated from Istanbul German High School and has a Bachelor Science Degree from Bosphorus University MIS Department. Selen, who worked professionally at the State Opera and Ballet during her university years, took a break from ballet due to her injury, but kept the sport in her life throughout her corporate life at Hewlett Packard for 12 years.

In 2015, she completed IIN Health Coaching and CTI Co-Active Life Coaching trainings in order to support her expertise in body movements with nutrition and coaching and to specialize in Holistic Wellbeing. She also established the Juice Up company, which serves healthy food and juices in Istanbul.

In additions to all above, knowing the importance of being active for a mind-body-spirit balanced healthy and happy life, Selen has been doing ballet & sports for more than 30 years. Selen, , and she is still actively continuing her ballet life, both as a performer and a ballet teacher. She graduated with degrees from Vaganova, Royal Academy, Pedagogic Formation and Modern Dance. Besides ballet, she is also a Zumba and Yoga instructor to increase physical awareness. She continues to work on signature workshops, where she blends the effects of all these physical activities on body to reflect it on personal development and awareness.
